I purchased a year ago. The bike sees daily use and has been fantastic. Recently the motor went out. I contacted support and found that it was 3 days after the warrantee expired. Support asked for a video and then shipped a motor, covering the costs as if it were still under warrantee. Thank you WindOne and Chloe for taking care of this so quickly! I will Certainly be buying from WindOne again in the future.

I lost my key and they shipped it out within 2 days.
Great for on road and off road riding. Goes about the 20mph without peddling. Could use a little more power uphill, but gets the job done. Customer service was 5 star. Claire sent me a bike lock that was included, but hadn't been shipped.
We had an issue with our bike that could not be repaired, and Windone replaced it with a new bike! Claire helped me through out the whole process and made it simple. Thank you Claire for your excellent service!

I bought an E2 last spring, I have put over 2K miles on this e-bike. I love riding this bike. It’s sturdy, it’s fast enough, it’s a blast to ride. The customer service has been amazing since I’m clumsy and have broken several items riding too hard. If you like riding in the rain, snow , dirt , anytime. Then this bike is for you.
My son enjoys his bike a lot. He gets a lot of compliments. Very reliable wish I had a service manual to adjust the brakes after having it for so long. I owned it for about three years now.
I've been really impressed with Windone's customer service. In the first year of owning 2 of their bikes, anytime we've had an issue, they've helped with instructional videos and sent us several parts/tools at no charge. Even parts as big as the motor itself. My little nephews love riding this bike . They have been riding anywhere and everywhere around the neighborhood. His brother accidentally broke the charger and the Windone support team sent me one free of charge. Thank you to Chloe. We love this fun bike.
The bike was easy to put together and is very sturdy. I have taken it out on roads and trails and it handled great. Love it. Had a leak with one off the tubes so I got I touch with them and they sent a replacement. Very happy with their customer service.
I am not the original owner of this bike and needed a replacement part to fix it. I reached out to customer service and they were able to send a replacement cable extremely fast and now the bike is as good as new!
My son really loves this bike!! After a couple thousand miles, he started to see an error message on his screen, and some wobble from the rear wheel. We communicated with service/support, and Claire walked us through what pictures/video they needed to diagnose the issue. Eventually, we found some wiring frayed and exposed to the rear motor.
Claire verified our order number from Amazon and the date of purchase, and the bike was under warranty. She sent out a replacement motor (the entire rear wheel actually, since the motor is integrated). Got it installed, and it runs perfectly again.

These bikes are so fun, speedy, and comfortable—but the customer support for them is what’s truly amazing! I would like to thank Chloe and the entire Windone team. This bike is abslutly amazing and i don't even have it but i will because my friend let me ride his and i liked this bike more than my Suron and Tudio. I love this bike and I think it's a 10/10

We bought this bike about a year and a half ago for our son, who is pretty hard on it. (More than I would consider normal wear and tear for sure). He Managed to shred the cable going into the motor housing, and after reaching out to the company through email, I received a prompt response, was talked through some troubleshooting and verification, and then they confirmed it would need a new motor assembly.
They were out of stock at the time, and they offered a 30% discount on the replacement when they anticipated having it back in stock a few week later. I checked back in around that time, and they said that because of the inconvenience of the wait, they were going to replace it free of charge. Really was above and beyond what I expected, and I really appreciated the friendly customer support, and the willingness to not gouge us, even though the damage was clearly outside of any warranty situation. 100% recommend!
