Purchased a E2 model back a few month ago. Very pleased . Great quality bike very easy to assemble. For it having 750 watt motor. 28 mhp speed is more than enough. Super fun and fast. Suspension is on point. Can hardly feel the bumps on road. For off road it trails so good. And also customer service is awesome. Ordered some parts that I needed extra and had no problem communicating with them. Very friendly and attentive. Everything delivered with prompt delivery. I would definitely recommend this bike for anyone look for a quality bike for a great price. Thanks windone

Bought it a couple of months ago and I love it. Very smooth power delivery and has an actual accelerator compare to a switch for acceleration .

The K20 is a nice Ebike after I Purchased an E2 for my son I had to get one for myself I couldn't keep up I am 6,4 220lb this bike fits me well the ride is smooth I did personalize mine to what I thought I needed for myself riding in a big city and sometimes at night I had to upgrade the headlight I actually prefer the E2 headlight so I purchased one gutted it and retro fitted it Into the k20 housing looks great the beam pattern once setup correctly you can see 3 car lengths in front of you in pitch black turn signals and brake lights were next wifi controlled the original handle bars were too wide for some trail applications i got a shorter one slightly raised added a single mirror left side a bigger saddle seat and a seat post I did put some black paint on here and some clear coat to protect the paint love it

The E2 is the Best E bike for someone looking to have some extra fun that comes from owning a ebike it is versatile because of its suspension fast enough for younger riders teens in particular my son loves it offcourse I added mirrors and an off road headlight for that personal look he wanted along with his favorite color blue stripe on the battery

I have been very happy with the Customer Service, Especially Chloe. I had a few minor issues few which were my fault and Chloe helped me promptly every time. I would highly recommend this company

I tore my spine up 30 years ago and I fought like hell to get well, but I never could get rid of the nerve pain in my arms and legs.
Medication helps a little, but there’s absolutely nothing like getting on a bicycle that you don’t have to pedal to ride around the road that makes you feel like a little kid once again until you realize you need a gel seat pad cover for your bony 64 year old gone fishing butt, I zipped oh milk crate back into that thing throw my fishing pole and tackle in it down to the water and fish get this thing going 28mph downhill going downhill in first gear and this one’s got seven.
It will pop a wheelie and throw me off if I ain’t careful on my takeoff . “ My beast bike” s16 makes me feel like a kid again and that year and a half searching all bikes wonderings if I’d put myself back in a wheelchair on one or just waste money on something I wouldn’t be able to use. . I got a helmet knee pads, elbow pads, and a vest to wear that blinks, red or green lights and now that it’s Halloween, I got a witch broom stuck into the back of the box on the back, and I saw a witch hat onto my helmet. The bike comes out of the box and you unfold it click together stick the handlebars in and you’re good to go WD-40 the chain air up the tires I added my own handlebar mirrors and a small cooler to the handlebars for my fish bait. I think this is the best bike on the market and I’m really glad I bought it. I’m thrilled with it. The 4 inch tires keep us stable from asphalt to dirt to gravel to rock know that this granny ain’t gonna be on the ground because that bike’s gonna take me thru it .

We bought two of these for our boys and they absolutely love the bikes. We have had to replace bike parts because the boys love them and play hard on them customer service has been 1st class. We will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

Honestly super surprised at how helpful and attentive these guys have been post sale. Several occasions now they have helped with parts and repairs and been very fair on assuming costs when appropriate. Great experience.

Great ride on and off road. Suspension and tires are fine for dirt roads and trails that are not too technical. The bike is eye candy and you will get many compliments. Minor issue with charger but service department addressed the issue quickly.

I purchased the Windone e-bike new for my 14-year-old son, knowing he's pretty rough on his gear—it's built tough, but kids will be kids. After several crashes, he eventually damaged the main hub wire that connects into the rear axle. I reached out to support, and they were incredibly responsive, shipping a replacement wheel under full warranty coverage right away.
However, the replacement wasn't quite right—it turned out the company had redesigned the bike to address some common issues, like relocating the motor wire inside the frame to protect it from damage during layovers or crashes. This is a smart upgrade, but it meant the new wheel wasn't compatible with our original model. I sent them photos, and they suggested transferring the new motor to the old wheel hub (and even reimbursed me for the labor). Unfortunately, that didn't work either due to compatibility differences.
They promptly sent a second replacement wheel, but it was still the updated version. At that point, support recommended a full bike exchange to resolve everything. I shipped the old one back (they didn't provide original packaging, which would've helped, but I improvised with materials from work), and once they received it, the new bike arrived quickly. The exchange process was straightforward overall.
The replacement bike is a fantastic upgrade! The engineering improvements, especially the wire routing, make it much more durable and user-friendly. We've had it for a few weeks now, and despite my son's continued adventures, not a single part has been damaged. As a thank-you for the hassle, they even threw in complimentary phone holders free of charge.
I'm truly grateful for the efficiency and professionalism of Windone's support team—they turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. If you're looking for an e-bike that can handle some abuse and comes with solid warranty backing, I highly recommend it. Attached is a photo comparing the old and new wheels: the bottom one shows the original design with the wire protruding from the axle end (more prone to damage), while the top one has the improved version with the wire routed inside for better protection. Also included, a close up of the new design showing the re-routing of the wire to line up on the inside of the rear subframe improving protection.
Rating: 4.5/5 stars – minor hiccups in the replacement process, but the end result is outstanding!

Purchased my E2 about 6 months ago and had an issue with the motor. Contacted customer support and they were very helpful in troubleshooting my problem. They sent me a replacement motor very fast and sadly it did not fix the issue. Contacted them again and for my time and troubles they ended up sending me a replacement. I am very happy with their commitment to keeping a customer satisfied and would definitely recommend them to everyone and will be a return customer for another e-bike.

We bought two E2 bikes for our kids for Christmas there was a small issue just before summer hit. They really worked with me to resolve the issue and unfortunately what we thought was the issue was not. So although it was out of warranty they offered to send a brand new replacement bike. Even better they shipped the new bike immediately per our request (as supposed to waiting until they get back the old one back) and in time for our camping trip so we were able to use them. These are amazing on mountain bike trails. As a family that loves out dirt bikes you can't bring them anywhere (dirt bikes). These you can take anywhere you can have a regular bike and are an extremely fun way to explore around rough terrains, commute around town, or just go for a nice ride. I highly recommend their bikes!!

Absolutely love our E2s! What's more, the customer service has been extremely responsive and attentive as one of our headlights did not work upon arrival. However, problem resolved! We have over 200 miles on each bike now and find them to be more and more fun and a quality product with each ride.

This is my fourth e-bike and it’s the funniest one I’ve had so far. The front sprocket could be larger but for the price it’s worth every penny. The motor sounds a little bit like my original Lectric XP did. Very fun to rip around on. A little hard to keep up with the pedals beyond 15 mph.
Overall a great bike!
