I received the bike on time but there is a minor scratch on the body. This bike is very well made! I can take it off riding anywhere and it can handle all the bumps! The only thing I would say more is that the kick stand rattles a bit with bumpy rides, but other than that Everything are good.

This is indeed the best fat tire e-bike out there. I have done a huge amount of research - I like to know what I'm buying. I bought an e-bike from another company 4 years ago - there were so many problems, sending the bike back for a new one twice, and many repairs done myself, that the company gave my money back and said keep the bike! I took the bike completely apart and put it back together with new parts and it's perfect. Fast forward 4 years and I needed a new bike. The Windone K2 fit the bill and has been working flawlessly for 2+ weeks. I know e-bikes and the K2 is the best!

I have owned several other foldable/ commuter scooters and this one is by far the best built and sturdy machines out there. The ride is smooth, comfortable and quiet and because of the quality construction, you feel more safe and confident on it. Chloe in the customer service department was excellent and the shipping was seamless. Highly recommend this scooter. Look nowhere else.

Fun and reliable

My first impression, upon arrival, was "this is heavy". However, after assembly, initial rides and now 100 miles on my E2, I have nothing but all the positive feels for this bike. The speed, quality, braking, durability and suspension, at this price point, cannot be beat. I love how durable and sturdy the suspension is. I love the peddle assist and the throttle, for various situations. I think this is the best deal around at the moment. The only thing I would say more is that the kick stand rattles a bit with bumpy rides, but other than that, it is 10/10!!

I wasn't sure what to expect but I had a question for customer service and they responded very promptly. Like 24/5. Bike works great it is 100% California St legal- any more powerful and it would need to be registered with the DMV. Goes up hills pretty easily. Even on the speed bumps I don't feel a bounce

Chloe from customer service was a Excellent! Had a bad accident on my bike after only couple weeks old(my bad). The Bike was unrideable and needed new parts. Was expecting I had to buy new parts to fix. but, they took the broken one back and gave me new one! Woohoo!! It was a surprise and most appreciated! I will be more careful this time!

Purchase S14 folding ebike in April 2025 friend bought same kind, fun to ride in neighbor and rails to trails.
Ran out of power on ride purchase extra battery quick getting it to me.
Folds and fits in nicely Tesla for out of town trips.

Pretty good purchase. Great breaks, easy thumb shifting of electronics, love how the throttle gives you full power when youbwant it wothout having to switch electric mode. Overall very happy. Handles 2 small people as well. If i had to recommend an improvement, maybe add a second battery option for even further range.

Finally, I received the charger. It took almost a month, but thankfully, it is working well.

My wife and I are very happy with our S16 E-Bikes. Our only two complaints are a very uncomfortable seat and the ease the throttle grip can turn and throw the bike out from under you. It would be nice if your company could change the throttle as a separate part of the grip like other companies do.

I got my son this bike and im actually really impressed it goes pretty fast he be gone haha. But he’s been enjoying it a lot he’s gone daily all through the neighborhood! Also when it was delivered the tale light was broken during shipping I contacted by email the company and they were on it and super apologetic and send us out another one so fast. Great experience with this company!

I love this bike so much lol!! I ended up buying two 🤣👍!! This bike is very well made! The seat is very Nice! I can take it off reading anywhere and it can handle all the bumps! It has good power too which is a big plus! The tires are a great size! It actually feels more like a dirt bike than anything else! It is pretty sweet haha!! I take it in the road and I take it on the bike paths around here!! 10/10!!!!!!!

These bikes are amazing. Purchased for my children to ride to and from school as well as around neighborhood when playing with friends. The bikes are perfect for what we needed them for. Speed is even acceptable for my teenager and safe for my youngest. My husband and I even borrow them sometimes to ride downtown for date night. Customer service (Thanks Claire!) has been top notch with assisting with replacement parts needed. Definitely recommend getting the extended warranty if buying for kids - you know how tough they can be and it’s been a leave of mind knowing it will be taken care of without a hassle.
