I have found it difficult folding but am getting use to it, slowly.

I continue to be shocked at how rapid and responsive the Windone team is regarding every issue that has come up for us postsale. I really wasn't expecting this for a web buy. They have always responded quickly to help us address issues, locate replacement parts and even send us some pieces at their cost. I was not expecting this at all and have been really surprised. The bike is also great and we use every day.

Customer Service Agent Chloe was great in responding to my 30days return request for 2 EBikes, These are good price but not at the perfornance level I want so I return them to look for a higher end Ebike to purchase.

Purchased a E2 model back a few month ago. Very pleased . Great quality bike very easy to assemble. For it having 750 watt motor. 28 mhp speed is more than enough. Super fun and fast. Suspension is on point. Can hardly feel the bumps on road. For off road it trails so good. And also customer service is awesome. Ordered some parts that I needed extra and had no problem communicating with them. Very friendly and attentive. Everything delivered with prompt delivery. Bought it a couple of months ago and I love it. Very smooth power delivery and has an actual accelerator compare to a switch for acceleration .

The K20 is a nice Ebike after I Purchased an E2 for my son I had to get one for myself I couldn't keep up I am 6,4 220lb this bike fits me well the ride is smooth I did personalize mine to what I thought I needed for myself riding in a big city and sometimes at night I had to upgrade the headlight I actually prefer the E2 headlight so I purchased one gutted it and retro fitted it Into the k20 housing looks great the beam pattern once setup correctly you can see 3 car lengths in front of you in pitch black turn signals and brake lights were next wifi controlled the original handle bars were too wide for some trail applications i got a shorter one slightly raised added a single mirror left side a bigger saddle seat and a seat post I did put some black paint on here and some clear coat to protect the paint love it

The E2 is the Best E bike for someone looking to have some extra fun that comes from owning a ebike it is versatile because of its suspension fast enough for younger riders teens in particular my son loves it offcourse I added mirrors and an off road headlight for that personal look he wanted along with his favorite color blue stripe on the battery

I have been very happy with the Customer Service, Especially Chloe. I had a few minor issues few which were my fault and Chloe helped me promptly every time. I would highly recommend this company

I tore my spine up 30 years ago and I fought like hell to get well, but I never could get rid of the nerve pain in my arms and legs.
Medication helps a little, but there’s absolutely nothing like getting on a bicycle that you don’t have to pedal to ride around the road that makes you feel like a little kid once again until you realize you need a gel seat pad cover for your bony 64 year old gone fishing butt, I zipped oh milk crate back into that thing throw my fishing pole and tackle in it down to the water and fish get this thing going 28mph downhill going downhill in first gear and this one’s got seven.
It will pop a wheelie and throw me off if I ain’t careful on my takeoff . “ My beast bike” s16 makes me feel like a kid again and that year and a half searching all bikes wonderings if I’d put myself back in a wheelchair on one or just waste money on something I wouldn’t be able to use. . I got a helmet knee pads, elbow pads, and a vest to wear that blinks, red or green lights and now that it’s Halloween, I got a witch broom stuck into the back of the box on the back, and I saw a witch hat onto my helmet. The bike comes out of the box and you unfold it click together stick the handlebars in and you’re good to go WD-40 the chain air up the tires I added my own handlebar mirrors and a small cooler to the handlebars for my fish bait. I think this is the best bike on the market and I’m really glad I bought it. I’m thrilled with it. The 4 inch tires keep us stable from asphalt to dirt to gravel to rock know that this granny ain’t gonna be on the ground because that bike’s gonna take me thru it .

We bought two of these for our boys and they absolutely love the bikes. We have had to replace bike parts because the boys love them and play hard on them customer service has been 1st class. We will definitely be buying from them again in the future.
