I contacted the Windone company to enquire about the purchase of another battey for my S16. The initial reply was that they normally do not have this as a sales part. However Clare said she would see what she could do. She responded again in <24 hours to give me instructions on how to order one.

The s16 has really surprised me with it good looks and great performance. Chloe in customer support is one of the best. I have purchased 2 of these e bikes and now I have friends starting to buy them too. Windone stands behind there products. I would recommend them to anyone. I needed a new brake after mine had leaked out from the caliper and Chloe from customer service sent one out even though I had missed the warranty. Over the bike has been great doing many trails and adventures and pushing its limits.

I love the little bike it's been great so far came fast and was not hard to build rides great it just lacks a little bit of power up steep hills for a heavier person but it will still make it up at a slower speed and it needs mirrors although I knew it did not have them when I bought it I will definitely be adding some soon.

Chloe in customer service was so helpful. When placing my order I had accidentally ordered 2 chain locks. Once I realized, I sent an email. Chloe had fixed my mistake and already had the refund done within 8hrs. They truly have the best customer service I’ve ever had to deal with.

The bike is also great and we use every day.
