Good product

Have been using for 2 weeks now, so far it is a wonderful bike

Lots of pep in a small package

I was a bit skeptical about this e-bike at first glance. I wasn't sure if my weight (250) was going to be a factor in the bike's performance. Luckily it wasn't/isn't. Lots of get up and go.

I use this as a "last mile" transport for work 4 days a week. No issues and compact enough to easily fit in my Chevy Spark.

My only gripe/complaint is the small battery. I ride approximately 2 miles roundtrip each day and by the 2nd day I should charge the bike. The detachable battery makes it easy to charge so it's easy to charge. My weight might be an influence on this.

Very pleased with the bike and would highly recommend to others looking for a "last mile" bike.

I would rate this as a 4.5 Wish they sold a larger battery so I can go exploring and rate it a 5/5.

It took a little getting used to the narrow handlebars. It makes little moves very quickly. As for the bike its self, I think it is an excellent choice. Very dependable and the folding design allowed us to take both bikes on vacation.

Just one issue with S14

I have two other bikes (K2, S16). I’m pretty satisfied with them, but the book indicates there are two speeds with the S14. I couldn’t find any way to change speeds. I wrote support and was told the book is in error. There is only one speed.
