Customer Service Agent Chloe was great in responding to my 30days return request for 2 EBikes, These are good price but not at the perfornance level I want so I return them to look for a higher end Ebike to purchase.

I recently purchased my first electric bike from Windone, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent, especially thanks to their incredible customer service representative, Chloe.

Just before placing my seat order, I realized that the seat post did not come with the order. I reached out to inquire and Chloe handled the situation with professionalism and efficiency. Despite the seat post not being a standard part of the package, she went above and beyond to make an exception and communicated that with her warehouse team. 

Throughout our communication, Chloe kept me updated at every step, from confirming the shipment to providing tracking details and ensuring everything arrived as expected. She was always kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. It's rare to come across customer service that feels this personal and attentive.

Thanks to Chloe and the Windone team, I feel completely confident that I made the right choice in choosing this company for my e-bike purchase. If you’re considering Windone, know that not only are you getting a great product, but also outstanding support should you ever need it.

These bikes are amazing. Purchased for my children to ride to and from school as well as around neighborhood when playing with friends. The bikes are perfect for what we needed them for. Speed is even acceptable for my teenager and safe for my youngest. My husband and I even borrow them sometimes to ride downtown for date night. Customer service (Thanks Claire!) has been top notch with assisting with replacement parts needed. Definitely recommend getting the extended warranty if buying for kids - you know how tough they can be and it’s been a leave of mind knowing it will be taken care of without a hassle.

My experience with Windone started off frustrating. Shortly after receiving the e-bike, a local bike shop discovered a manufacturing defect where the rear wheel was detaching from the frame and confirmed it was not repairable. While the product was under warranty, the initial back-and-forth with customer service was lengthy, with repeated suggestions that didn’t address the actual issue.

Eventually, Windone agreed to inspect the bike and covered the shipping to their warehouse. I had to pay out of pocket for packaging, but they later partially reimbursed that cost. After inspection, they provided a refurbished replacement bike and ultimately issued a full refund—which I truly appreciate.

While I was hoping for a smoother process and a brand-new unit under warranty, I give Windone credit for ultimately standing behind their product. Their willingness to go the extra mile in the end earns my appreciation.

Have been using for 2 weeks now, so far it is a wonderful bike

I was a bit skeptical about this e-bike at first glance. I wasn't sure if my weight (250) was going to be a factor in the bike's performance. Luckily it wasn't/isn't. Lots of get up and go.

I use this as a "last mile" transport for work 4 days a week. No issues and compact enough to easily fit in my Chevy Spark.

My only gripe/complaint is the small battery. I ride approximately 2 miles roundtrip each day and by the 2nd day I should charge the bike. The detachable battery makes it easy to charge so it's easy to charge. My weight might be an influence on this.

Very pleased with the bike and would highly recommend to others looking for a "last mile" bike.

I would rate this as a 4.5 Wish they sold a larger battery so I can go exploring and rate it a 5/5.

It took a little getting used to the narrow handlebars. It makes little moves very quickly. As for the bike its self, I think it is an excellent choice. Very dependable and the folding design allowed us to take both bikes on vacation.

We bought (2) of the Windone S14 Folding City Commuter and my kids love them.
