I love love my bike! But the packaging sucks !!! When opening it the license plate attachment broke BUT!! Customer took care it in no time I was satisfied but overall the bike is super smooth on the rode best investment I’ve made
Took delivery if a Windone E2 that had some minor shipping damage. Contacted support and they took care of my issue within a couple of days. The bike itself is amazing. Phenomenal ride in comparison to other bikes in the same and higher price range. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable method of transport around the city or on the trails.
This bike is branded as an off road bike and it really is good for all terrain. For the weeks I've had this bike I have ridden comfortably on road, grass, dirt, rough mountain bike trials with jagged rocks all over, and rough gravel. The speed and battery are great, and i think its also pretty light for its size. suspension is also great, really bouncy going over bumps and can take surprise 3ft drops off a sidewalk at night at 28mph ;D
When I saw this price of 900 dollars I thought it must be a scam. It's the real deal. I upgraded to a 52 volt battery (do at your own risk) and my top speed is now over 32mph.
And over 50 mile range. Loving this bike.
I just got my bike and everything is fine with it. The only complaint I have is that the keys aren’t actually needed so they are very easy to steal but apart from that this bike is really fun to ride! The suspension is also really great.

I got my E2 yesterday. Easy assembly. Did a few minor tweaks and man, the best bike for the price hands down. You will not be disappointed.

I love this bike! I've taken it on trips to the beach and then offroad on mountain trails with steep hills and this bike can handle it all! So much fun!
My only 2 draw backs are: the handle bars sit a little low so it can put added pressure on your palms and wrists over time. And the ride height can't be adjusted, my wife is 5'4" and she can barely touch the ground with her tippy toes.
